IPVG Corp. bullish, taps into KPO industry via joint venture with Credence Analytics

Public-listed technology company IPVG Corp. is positively confident with the boom of knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) industry that it has created a new subsidiary with Credence Analytics, one of the leading Indian-based financial solutions provider in the world. The newly-formed subsidiary, Verity Analytics, will be engaged in providing KPO services to banking and financial sectors around the world. The joint venture is valued at US$ 1 million, with 60% of the company owned by IPVG and the remaining 40% with Credence Analytics.
